The WBC Leadership Team is made up of dedicated volunteers from all areas of the local economy! Learn a little more about each of them below.

Bob Airasian
Co-Founder
Bob Airasian is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker specializing in residential and commercial sales with Coldwell Banker Realty. For more than 17 years, he has assisted buyers and sellers with the purchase and sale of real estate throughout the Greater Boston area. Bob is the co-founder and current co-president of the Watertown Business Coalition. He also serves as a longtime trustee of Watertown Savings Bank and is the current chair of the Watertown Traffic Commission. A 1998 graduate of Boston College, Bob holds a B.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management. He is a lifelong resident of Watertown, where he lives with his wife and two children.

Doug Orifice
Co-Founder
Doug Orifice, CRPC, is the Principal and Founder of Watertown-based Arsenal Financial, LLC as well as the Co-Founder of the Watertown Business Coalition. As the leader of “Team Arsenal”, Doug works with all advisors on the team, advises clients on investment management and financial planning matters, curates Arsenal Financial’s Strategic Asset Management Portfolios, and directs ongoing plan monitoring for his clients. Serving in the financial services industry for over two decades, Doug began his career in college at BayBank/BankBoston, followed by years with American Express, Sovereign Bancorp, and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Following years spent at larger companies, Arsenal Financial, LLC was established as an independent financial planning practice through a partnership with LPL Financial in 2010. In 2019, Arsenal Financial was re-headquartered in Watertown, MA to focus on the local community and changing face of Watertown. In the same year, Doug Co-Founded the Watertown Business Coalition to help provide a platform for local businesses and professionals to connect, help one another and support the local economy. As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Doug specializes in guiding clients through retirement transitions and income strategies. Holding Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses through LPL Financial, Doug is passionate about his own ongoing professional education, so that he can continue to help clients solve problems, take action and build a nest egg for their future. As someone who finds joy in helping others, Doug coaches kids in Watertown Youth Baseball and participates in the annual RIDE to End Alzheimer’s. In the past several years, Doug has led a team of riders who collectively raised over $30,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association to advance the science in the fight against Alzheimer’s. Living life is important too! Doug spends his free time with his wife, son, friends and family. A devout Boston Celtics fan and lover of the outdoors, Doug enjoys winter outdoor sports and hiking in the summer and fall.

Charlie Breitrose
Board Member
Charlie started Watertown News in 2014 after establishing and running the Watertown page for Patch.com for three years. You will see him at community events, on sidelines at sporting events, and at City meetings. Along with being a journalist, Charlie is also a business owner, and jack of all trades for Watertown News. He has been involved with the Watertown Business Coalition since the early days and is now part of the leadership team. Charlie also helped out with the former Watertown-Belmont Chamber of Commerce. He has lived in town for more than 20 years.

Kelly Cronin
Board Member
Kelly Cronin is the Vice President, Community Relations Officer & Club 50 Travel Program Director for Watertown Savings Bank. She has worked at Watertown Savings Bank (WSB) since 2000. In her dual roles, she enjoys hosting a variety of groups at the Bank for tours, co-teaching financial literacy classes, networking at fun local events, and attending important community events. As Travel Program Director, she has had the opportunity to visit many new and wonderful places with customers including Portugal, the Grand Canyon, a Mississippi River Cruise and London at Christmas. She is also very involved in WSB's Employee Life Committee, helping to plan and execute fun events for WSB employees.

Kristy Walter
Board Member
Kristy Walter is the Community Relations and Club 50 Coordinator at Watertown Savings Bank and an active member of the Watertown community. She serves as a Girls on the Run Site Liaison and Coach, a Project Literacy Tutor, and a volunteer with the Watertown Farmers’ Market. Kristy spent many years as an administrator in higher education before transitioning to her role at Watertown Savings Bank. She is also a certified Travel Advisor, providing travel planning support to a wide range of clients. A Watertown resident for over 30 years, Kristy enjoys, networking, building relationships and fostering connections within the community.

Matt Hanna
Board Member
Matt Hanna is a podcast producer and community organizer. His current main focus is Little Local Conversations, a Watertown-focused podcast where he discovers the people, places, stories, and ideas of the city through interviews, panel discussions, and live podcast events. He’s previously worked as a musician and composer, a director of ecommerce, a stay-at-home dad, and more. Matt has lived in Watertown since 2010 and also helps in the local arts scene serving on the city’s Public Arts and Culture Committee and being one of the lead organizers of Watertown Porchfest during its first couple of years. He loves meeting local folks, hearing their stories, and connecting people so feel free to reach out!

Kathleen Darcy
Board Member
Kathleen Darcy worked as a Vice President, Community Development Officer at Cambridge Savings Bank for 17 years. In her role, Kathleen worked with community organizations and played a key role in their involvement with local community businesses and nonprofits. Prior to this position, Kathleen worked as a regional Manager and Small Business Development Officer in the Bank’s Retail Division. Kathleen’s role on the Watertown Business Coalition’s Leadership Team is to help create and plan events.

Lacie Milton
Co-Chair, WAM
Lacie Milton is an experienced sustainability professional and commercial banker with more than 20 years in the banking industry. She has spent the past eleven years in Commercial Liquidity at Citizens Bank, working across project, product, and sales leadership roles. Lacie is responsible for the bank’s Sustainable Liquidity products and partners closely with the Sustainable Finance team to bring insights, advice, and solutions to commercial clients on the carbon offset market and other emerging sustainability topics. Lacie holds a BBA from the University of New Mexico and an MBA from Boston College. She is also completing a graduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation at Harvard Extension School, further deepening her expertise at the intersection of finance and environmental stewardship. Originally from New Mexico, Lacie moved to New England after college to join an AmeriCorps program in Rhode Island. During her service year with City Year Rhode Island, she implemented service‑learning programs for middle school students in Pawtucket – an experience that continues to shape her commitment to community engagement. That along with her love of art, design and organizing connected her to the Watertown Arts Market Committee which she co-chairs. Lacie and her husband, Michael, moved to Watertown seven years ago, and their two children attend J.R. Lowell Elementary School. In her free time, Lacie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family paddleboarding at Walden Pond, reading on the beach and playing with their dog Zelda. One day she aspires to have her own table at the Watertown Arts Market.

Mike Albano
Treasurer
Michael Albano brings over 38 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administrative leadership. Since July 2023, he has served as the Director of Administration & Finance for the Department of Public Works in Watertown, Massachusetts. In this role, Mike oversees the department’s financial operations, budgeting, personnel administration, and systems management. Prior to joining the City of Watertown, Mike spent 23 years at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, MA, where he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He oversaw finance, human resources/people & culture, information technology, and strategic planning, and served as the primary staff liaison to the Audit, Finance, Investment, and People & Culture Trustee committees. Mike began his career at Mount Auburn in 1999 as Director of Finance & Administration. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1993 and earned the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation in 2012. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA). A lifelong contributor to his community (over 37 years), Mike currently serves as Treasurer for the Watertown Youth Baseball & Softball Board and the Watertown Business Coalition. He previously served as Co-President of the Watertown/Belmont Chamber of Commerce until it was dissolved in 2017. Mike and his wife Diane, who is a Crossing Guard for the City of Watertown, have been married for over 30 years and live in Watertown. They have two sons: - Eric Albano (32) lives in Marlborough, MA with his wife (Nicole) and works as a Project Accountant for R.P. Marzilli, a landscape and construction firm. - Adam Albano (29) lives in Manchester, NH with his wife (Rachel) and works in printer support at Cab Technology.

Jessie Cox
Director of Partnerships & Events
Jessie Cox is a proud Watertown resident and a seasoned marketing and fundraising professional with 24 years of experience in events, partnerships, strategy, individual giving and project management. Her career highlights include key roles at Harpoon Brewery, Project Bread, and Rhode Races and Events. As a race director for 19 years, she notably led the Harpoon 5-Miler and the Sharon Timlin Memorial 5k to benefit the Angel Fund as well as large-scale cycling fundraising events at Harpoon. She is passionate about bringing people together to build community, being a connector and lifting up nonprofits and small businesses.

Sam Dudley
Director of Communication & Engagement
Sam Dudley has worked in the Watertown community for over 10 years with a specialty in communications, outreach, marketing, and graphic & web design. Although she is not from Watertown, she feels like it has become her home away from home! Beginning her career at Watertown Cable Access Corp., she spent 9 years meeting and developing relationships with the incredible members of this community before leaving the organization as the Assistant Executive Director in early 2025. After enjoying several months at home with her daughter, she is excited to be back working in Watertown for the WBC! As Director of Communications & Engagement, Sam manages the WBC website, weekly newsletter and social media accounts - highlighting all that the WBC has to offer. She looks forward to growing more meaningful connections in town. Away from work, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, connecting with family and friends, traveling, and spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and relaxing on the beach.
