A thriving community doesn’t happen by accident - it’s built through collaboration, shared values, and people showing up for one another. We see that in droves every day in Watertown, in both large and small moments. It takes a village to lift up a community and one of the most powerful ways is through partnerships between local businesses and nonprofits!

Our nonprofits address critical needs in the community - from education, housing, food access, arts and culture, and more. When businesses connect with a nonprofit, either through sponsoring an event, volunteering time, making a donation, or becoming a dedicated partner, they’re investing in the heart of the community.

A mutually beneficial partnership - nonprofits elevate voices, programs, and communities that might otherwise go unheard, while businesses help those efforts grow and endure! Employees feel a deeper sense of purpose working for businesses that give back locally and customers notice and choose to support businesses that invest in the community they serve.

These partnerships are rooted in shared goals and mutual respect. They strengthen local networks, spark collaboration, and remind us that success in Watertown isn’t measured only by growth, but by impact!

Want to be part of it? Join the WBC at our Share the Love event on Tuesday, February 10th from 5:30 - 7:30pm, hosted by Branch Line on their cozy heated patio! Connect with Watertown nonprofits, learn about their missions, and explore ways to get involved while networking with fellow business and community leaders. Branch Line is generously providing light bites and the cash bar service will include two signature drinks that have been created just for this event: Love Potion signature cocktail and Crush Cooler signature Mocktail! It’s a perfect opportunity to build meaningful connections and help keep Watertown strong, vibrant, and connected.
